Increases warehouse capacity by up to 30% compared to “single-deep” warehouse operations. This type of racking therefore requires specialised pallet handling equipment using ether a specialised forklift or a standard unit a with double deep handling attachment. This system does provide excellent method of increasing warehouse capacity when either fast movement of pallets is not critical, or alternative system such as Drive-in which require high numbers of homogenous pallet types are not possible.
